Adopt a Family. I didn't really understand what it meant when the first email came out.
We are adopting a family this Christmas, so help out.
Basically, we (the City of Langley) were going to provide a few presents and some holiday food items and other things that make for a nice holiday season to a local family.
It's really nice to see a large couple of people, each adding their own little bit, make such a difference to a family that needs a little help.
It's nice to remember that we have it so easy... Merry Christmas, Happy Holiday Season...
